Standard Private Lesson Policy

All lessons have to be pre arranged via WhatsApp with your chosen coach.
You must book all lessons on your Coacha app or online portal.
Your chosen coach will direct you to where and when to book, and when and where to attend the gym for your lesson.
Most lessons will be confirmed on a 10pm link - never turn up at 10pm, the gym will be closed.
You can cancel anytime before 24 hours prior and receive a full refund.
Lessons cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for a transfer or refund at the instructors discretion.
Never give cash for lessons to a Unity Coach.
Once you have taken more than 2 lessons with a Coach you must inform them if you wish to take lessons with an alternate coach.
Your coach may have more than one athlete in each lesson.
