Building the Next Generation

Unity’s Under 14 & 16 teams are the foundation of our rising stars, where young athletes begin their journey towards excellence in cheerleading. These teams are all about learning, growing, and building confidence, as athletes develop their skills in stunting, tumbling, and choreography. With a focus on teamwork, discipline, and fun, our Under 14  & 16 athletes are given the tools they need to succeed both on the mat and in life. They push themselves to new heights while building lasting friendships and a strong sense of unity. Every practice and competition is an opportunity to grow, and we are proud to watch these athletes evolve into strong, capable performers who embody the spirit of Unity.
